Recruiting Process

Based on our needs, we recruit employees for the positions of:

  • Software Engineer
  • Senior Software Engineer
  • Technical/Project Lead, Technical/Project Manager

Each individual who is accepted as Technical Trainee or Technical Member goes through a series of aptitude and technical tests, problem-solving sessions and interviews. The complete process takes between 3-4 hours.

Tests. You will be administered a series of tests to measure your aptitude and technical skills. The aptitude tests measure your analytical and problem-solving ability and attention to detail. The technology tests measure your awareness and understanding of the latest technologies.

Interviews. Once you´ve completed the tests, you will participate in panel interviews. Multiple panels conduct the interviews, and individual interviewers score each candidate. For specific positions, a few days prior to the interview you will be given a software design or coding problem to solve. During the interview you will be asked to take the panel through the problem and your recommended solution.
